Understanding How We Stay Classy

An industry standard 20% gratuity of the non-discounted fare will be assessed on all online reservations.

Discounts and/or promotions cannot be combined.

Flight Tracker: Flight delayed? No worries. We use multiple flight trackers to insure we know where your flight is at all times.

Airport Curbside Pick-Up: Because the airport does not allow curbside parking, our drivers wait at the cell phone lot just outside the airport. The driver will contact you via text or phone call as soon as you land. Once you have your luggage, head out to curb and make sure to notify driver through text which zone you are standing in. (For example Zone B) The driver will meet you curbside in a few minutes.

Meet & Greet Pick-Up: We offer a Meet and Greet pickup in which case the driver will meet the passenger inside with a sign. The driver will then wait with passenger and assist with luggage as well. This is ideal for business clients, elderly people who will need the extra assistance, and international customers who don’t have a local cell phone number for the driver to contact them. This service is an additional $25 for SAN and $30 for LAX.

Cancellation: We understand that your plans may change or unforeseen circumstances may arise. Rest assured that won’t be a problem. Simply give us a call within 24 hours before pick-up time and we’ll happily refund your money.
